Morningside

Morningside is a historic residential neighborhood on Miami's Upper Eastside, east of Biscayne Boulevard from NE 50th Terrace to NE 60th Street. Started in the 1920s as "Bay Shore," it prospered in the mid-20th century and recently evolved as the first historic area in central Miami to welcome a new influx of affluent residents. Now fully restored, the Morningside Historic District is the first of its kind in the City of Miami and home to some of the area's most stunning, well-preserved residential real estate.
